Postdoctoral Fellowship
Development of new enantioselective synthetic methods
The Faculty of Science, Charles University (Prague, Czechia) invites applications for a Post-doctoral position at School of Chemistry.
The position is open for researchers with experience in the area of synthetic organic chemistry, organometallics, organocatalysis, asymmetric catalysis and medicinal chemistry.
Eligibility criteria:
- Ph.D. or another appropriate level 8 ISCED (International Standard Classification of Education) qualification completed within the last seven years.
- The applicant must have had at least 5 published (sum IF over 10), peer-reviewed research outputs in the last 5 years.
- All research activities will be conducted in English; knowledge of the Czech language is not required.
Selection process:
Selection will be based on the relevance of candidates’ professional interests and experience, excellence in research achievements and the quality of the submitted research proposal.
Position duration and starting date:
The position tenure is 1+1 year, starting on July 1, 2018 (start is not fixed).
